Notification methods
- Sound
- Plays an alarm sound when a GM is detected.
- You can change the sound by editing the gm.wav file located in *\HLBot\data\sounds\
- The default sound alert sounds like this:
- Chat message
- Sends a chat message informing you about the detected GM

- Notification
- Displays a notification about the presence of a GM in the bottom center of the screen
- Displays a notification about the presence of a GM in the bottom center of the screen
- Logout
- Automatically logs out your character when a GM is detected
- The fastest way to escape before a possible check
- Close the game
- Immediately closes the game client when a GM is detected
- Change channel
- Automatically switches your character to another server channel
- Allows you to keep playing after avoiding the GM
- Stop all functions
- Instantly stops all active bot functions (except detectors)
- Highlight game window
- Highlights the game window when a GM is detected
- Useful to grab your attention if the game is running in the background
- Show game window
- Automatically restores the game window after detecting a GM
- If the game is minimized, it will be restored
- Detect Observer mode
- Allows detection of the special GM hiding mode (/obs)
- The bot does not receive info when the GM leaves your location, so the detection lasts indefinitely
- Administration list without [GM] tags
- Lets you manually add the names of administrators who don’t use the standard [GM] tag
- Useful on servers where admins sometimes use untagged accounts
